SUPPLEMENTS: DAILY ROUTINE 2x’s a day

Ambrotose Complex ~ 1 ½ tsp. 2xs a day (MTEX)

Optimal Support Packets ~ 1- 2xs a day (MTEX)

OsoLean ~ 2 scoops 2xs a day (MTEX)

GLA 90 ~ 2 - 2xs a day (from Amazon “Fat Flush GLA 90”)

GIPro Balance ~ 1 at night before bed (MTEX)

GIZyme ~ 1 before meals / empty stomach (MTEX)

FOOD RULES

• Fruit ~ wait 20 minutes before next food group.

• If you mis-combine, it will take 8 hours to get back on track. Be committed!

• All Veggies ~ Raw (harder to chew the more you lose)

• Healthy Mayo w/Squeeze of Lemon for dip.

• NO DAIRY, PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED OILS, ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS.

• NO STARCH ~ NOTHING WHITE! Accept cauliflower! NO SUGAR

• DO NOT over eat or under eat!

FOODS TO EAT FROM 4-6 WEEKS

• Total protein & carbos. Chicken, Turkey, eggs, a little fish. No Starch!

• Dip for raw veggies ~ Mayo (organic or no preservatives) with squeeze of lemon

• Goat Yogurt with small handful of walnuts and sprouted seeds.

• All through the day, drink Unsweetened Cranberry Juice (not from concentrate…Trader Joes is best) When hungry…DRINK

• Get the Voss water bottles or Get Vero water bottles for Cranberry dilution Juice

 

                                             

Mornings

Low Glycemic Fruits ~ ENJOY! (See chart below)

¼ Unsweetened Cranberry Juice to ¾ water (Not from Concentrate)

(Make a gallon for convenience)

Put Ambrotose Complex ~ 1 ½ tsp. in glass of juice; take 1 packet, 2 GLA

Make Coffee & add hot Unsweetened Soy or Hemp (NON-GMO ORGANIC) Absolutely No Dairy!

For those that don’t drink Coffee, make hot milk.

While heating the milk, Froth up the milk hot with Cinnamon on top.

If possible, put cayenne pepper in the coffee but not, if just milk. Optional: a little ½ tsp. of Cacao.

Add 2 scoops of OsoLean and mix. Sip and enjoy.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING 4-6 WEEKS

The first 72 hours will be difficult. The first week will drive you crazy wanting starches. The 2nd week you’ll have more energy and sleep really deep. You may experience 1-2 days of extreme tiredness. This is the moment of going into Ketosis. You want your body to start burning your fat for energy and living off of your fat you accumulated from your starches. By the 3rd week, you’ll see overall body fat loss, you’ll feel better than ever and will be totally addicted to this plan.

Lunch Time

When hungry…

• Eggs anyway you want. Hard-boiled, soft, scrambled. Add veggies to omelet, i.e. asparagus, broccoli, spinach, onions, and some fresh salsa.

• Chicken, Turkey, Clean Fish with Veggies in a salad. Or Chicken, Turkey, Eggs, Fish with raw veggies & dip.

• Goat Yogurt with handful of Walnuts. Can add any kind of nuts and seeds. (Soak nuts and seeds over night) drain and keep them refrigerated.

When hungry in middle of the day

• Some fruit! (By itself & Low glycemic), nuts or raw veggies w/mayo lemon dip.

• Drink, Drink, Drink!

Night Time

20mins. or more….Before eating ~ Hot milk and OsoLean mixture.

Dinner

Take your glass of Cranberry diluted mixture with Ambrotose Complex,

Packets, GLA 90, GIzyme etc.

Any choice: Protein, Veggies, Eggs, Jackie’s Salad, and Yogurt with nuts.

• DRINK CRANBERRY MIXTURE ALL DAY LONG! Try to go through 3-4 Voss bottles a day

Jackie’s Chicken/Turkey Salad for fat loss!

Chicken/turkey can be substituted for hard-boiled eggs.

Example: Broil or grill Chicken or Turkey breast.

In a grill pan…

Put 1-2 Tb. Olive Oil in the pan. Spread it around and sprinkle:

• Costco’s, Kirkland Organic No Salt Seasoning

• Grill Mates Montreal Steaks Seasoning.

Put in bowl…

• Cut 1-2 Dill pickle (Trader Joe’s the best) into little pieces

• Chop up cucumbers

• Slice small shallot onion and chop into little pieces

• Chop little pieces of ¼ tomato

• Chop up a little broccoli (just the flower tops)

• 1 Tb. of healthy Mayo (no EDTA)

• Squeeze 2 small lemons or 1 large lemon

Now chop up the grilled chicken/turkey breasts or hard boiled eggs into little pieces. Add to bowl.

• Add Pink Himalayan Salt to taste

• Add a little cayenne pepper (optional)

Lay 3-4 tablespoons of mixture onto a bed of Arugula & Kale! Other greens ok but there is a reason for Arugula & Kale in one big eating bowl. squeeze lemon over your bowl of Arugula, Kale & Chicken/Turkey/Egg mix and blend.

Make enough to have for later or the next day!

Everywhere you look it says, "Low Carb" diets. However, it's not about those carbs! It must be about starches such as: breads, cereals, grains, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc. When eating your fruits, make them low glycemic and watery ones.

It's all about Ketosis!

Ketosis is a metabolic state where most of the body's energy supply comes from ketone bodies in the blood, in contrast to a state of glycolisis where blood glucose provides most of the energy. when the body is in ketosis the individual tends to feel less hungry, and will probably eat less than he/she might otherwise do. The body switches from being a carbohydrate-burning organism into a fat-burning one. The fat stores become a primary energy source, and the person loses weight. That is why low-carb (starch) diets have become popular, and effective, especially among obese people.

Glycemic Index List of Fruits and Vegetables The Glycemic Index (GI) food list below shows the Glycemic Index score for many different fruits and vegetables. The GI score for each food will dictate the speed at which the sugar will be absorbed. A low Glycemic index means the sugar will be absorbed slowly. The higher the GI score the quicker the sugar is absorbed into the blood. For reduced sugar craving and help with weight loss the lower the GI score the better.
