Objective: Create a template to organize monthly budgets
Approach:
• Understand user’s needs and how they should be met
• Create an Excel spreadsheet organized by product

Design History File
Objective: Create an file to record the design history of various products
Approach:
• Search methodically through MatrixOne to find D&DP’s and DCP’s
• Gather advice from team members about where to find information in MatrixOne
Outcome: Created an efficient way to store the history of changes made on a product

Centargo Future LCE Location
Objective: Categorize changes made on Arterion and MRXperion to help determine where
LCE should be located
Approach:
• Find all the D&DP’s and DCP’s then classify the changes
• Display types of changes graphically
Outcome: Created a way to effectively determine where a product’s LCE department
should be located to maximize efficiency

• Gather user needs and expectations
• Begin creating site while continually sharing with others and gathering feedback
• Test use of site within meeting

• Permissions are utilized
• Filters and groups lists to create cleaner sheets
• Notifications can be utilized to increase employee awareness

Stellant Base Build
Objective: Assist in 4th edition upgrade for Stellant Dual and Single Injectors
Approach:
• Read build guides to determine how to insert and assemble new components
• Update log books to document change
Outcome: Successfully built four Stellant bases

Lessons Learned
• Communication is key before starting a project
• Prioritizing is crucial to meeting deadlines
• Stepping out of your comfort zone allows for personal growth
• You can’t meet needs you don’t know about
• Ask questions!
