The Jaipur set of collections plays on and updates a strong tradition of using Indian and Persian designs in the decoration of
English Country House interiors.
Inspired by Indian Mughal paintings, the range takes its name from one of the regions where this school of art is still practised. A

Kalamkari This one-over Palampore design is a re-interpretation of a Zoffany classic INDIENNE.
Jayshree is a densely patterned, yet delicately embroidered paisley with a decorative border running along both edges. It is almost an
exact replica of the original Kashmiri document it was inspired by.

Antique Flamestitch features a layered textured and distressed ikat flamestitch design.

Kashgar Velvet is a sumptuous printed velvet, inspired by a silk ikat document from the Zoffany archive. The artwork was painted onto the back of a primed canvas using resist hot wax and the layering of
inks and acrylics, resulting in this richly textured pattern.

Cochin is a stunning tonal damask design which takes its inspiration from an 18th century ‘china blue’ document from the Zoffany archive.
PULU The name ‘Polo’ is most certainly derived from the word ‘Pulu’, the Persian word for ball. Inspired by an original document depicting Persian polo players, the cloth is
woven with an embroidered effect, the wallpaper is a smaller scale version.
