During the past 10+ years, I have acquired substantial experience in various customer service oriented positions, including working within the financial field as well as senior management roles. I have a firm grasp of banking procedures, in-depth awareness of current financial issues, a solid understanding of banking terminology and a strong proficiency in MS Office and related applications.

I currently work within a fast paced accidents and claims management firm where I deal with numerous customers and clients on a daily basis. As a motor claims handler I am in charge of taking new claims, monitoring progress, taking statements from clients and witnesses for official records and offering products and services according to their needs and requirements. Within this role a high level of communication, negotiation and administration work is required which I have successfully been able to do so.

In my previous post as a Customer Advisor at NatWest Bank I utilised my communication skills, problem solving skills and the understanding of the different products to assist customers at the highest level. Throughout my time there I have also been involved in many different programs and courses to better my understanding within my role. Some of the programs included Fraud Awareness, Personal banking, Audit, Operations as well as Team Lead which was a positive learning curve for myself.

I have also got experience within management as I have previously been in management roles within catering and hospitality. Some of the key areas that I was involved in was streamlining the operations, motivating the staff in turn increasing productivity and morale, managing the finance and meeting set targets.
