Nuestros clientes buscaban un espacio acogedor para recibir a muchas personas, disfrutando del entorno y la convivencia. Uno de
los requerimientos primordiales fue el uso de la madera y el equilibrio con el entorno del lugar, por ello se proyectó en base a la
geografía existente.
En conjunto con arquitectos e ingenieros se crea este desarrollo compuesto por 6 módulos, donde predomina el uso de maderas
y una paleta de colores cálida. Los materiales propuestos fueron granito Vía Láctea principalmente y el uso de maderas de nogal y
parota en recubrimiento de muros y pisos. El mobiliario propuesto fue en maderas, tapizados en piel y el uso de detalles en latón,
para crear un conjunto armónico con diferentes texturas.
Nos comprometimos con diseñar espacios para ver y disfrutar de la naturaleza, por ello contamos con chimeneas tanto en el in-
terior como al exterior, aplicadas en piso y en muros. La comodidad y vanguardia se reflejan en pisos radiantes y calentadores de
pared.
Our clients were looking for a cozy space to receive many people, enjoying the surroundings and the coexistence. One of the primary requirements was
the use of wood and the balance with the environment of the place, so we sought to use materials from the region and it was projected based on the
geography of the place.
Together with architects and engineers, this set is made up of 6 modules, where the use of wood and a warm color palette applied in the paint predomina-
te. The proposed materials were marbles, mainly chalcedony and the use of walnut and parota wood in covering walls and floors. The furniture proposed
was in wood, upholstered in leather and the use of brass details, to create a harmonious ensemble with different textures.
We are committed to designing spaces to see and enjoy nature, that is why we have fireplaces both indoors and outdoors, applied to floors and walls.
Comfort and modernity are reflected in underfloor heating and wall heaters.

Compartir, es la principal finalidad de esta cabaña; situada al inicio del desarrollo para dar la bienvenida a los invitados.
Villa de 2 niveles con capacidad para 12 personas, alojadas cómodamente en sus amplias habitaciones, donde se aprecia el equilibrio entre tonos neutros y acentos de color en los muros cabecera; regidas bajo la esencia de la elegancia, están equipadas con ele-mentos de la más alta calidad en ropa de cama, mo-biliario, detalles y acabados siendo la geometría de sus tapetes el detalle que corona este proyecto.
Sharing is the main purpose of this villa; located at the beginning
of the development to welcome the guests.
Cabin of 2 levels with capacity for 12 people, comfortably housed in
its spacious rooms, where the balance between neutral tones and
the color accents is appreciated in the header walls ; governed by
the essence of elegance, they are equipped with the highest qual-
ity elements in bedding, furniture, details, finishes and the geom-
etry of their rugs is the detail that crowns this project.

Imaginarlo, soñarlo y lograr verlo materializado, son de las
mejores sensaciones que podemos vivir; con estas bases
se crea una de las villas familiares, donde tienen lugar la
elegancia, confort y como prioridad el uso de maderas,
para mimetizarnos con el entorno.
Una villa con esencia de hogar, cuenta con habitaciones
personalizadas, una para los chicos en planta baja en to-
nalidades azules para aportar tranquilidad y jovialidad,
la otra en una gama de tonos pastel con bases neutras;
ambas habitaciones se pensaron en aprovechar los es-
pacios a base de un diseño de literas, complementando
con sillones, puffs y tapetes para soñar e imaginar.
Image it, dream it and see it materialized are the best feelings; with
these bases, one of the family villas is created, where elegance, com-
fort and as a priority the use of wood take place, to blend in with the
surroundings.
A villa with the essence of home, it has personalized rooms, one for the
kids on the ground floor in blue tones to provide tranquility and jovial-
ity, the other in a range of pastel tones with neutral bases; Both rooms
were designed to take advantage of the spaces based on a design of
bunk beds, complementing with armchairs, puffs and rugs to dream
and imagine.

Sin importar si es un día soleado o una tarde lluviosa, esta Villa cuenta con todo lo imagina-
ble para chicos y grandes. Elementos de recreación son los que conforman esta hermosa
villa, también llamada casa club, donde tenemos amplios espacios distribuidos en los 2
niveles y un tapanco que componen esta villa. En planta baja se localiza zona de juegos
con billar, sala de estar y mesa de cartas; se acompaña de una gran cava para paladares ex-
quisitos y una sala de cine; en planta alta encontramos un espacio abierto donde se respira
calidez y armonía, enmarcado por un candil compuesto por 6 impresionantes luminarias
que hacen resaltar la doble altura apreciable desde cualquier ángulo, complementado
con una sala principal de diseño único gracias a su mezcla de textiles como lino, piel, al-
godón y pelo, reflejados en butacas, sillones y cojines.
Pasar el día o la noche en su planta alta es un deleite, ya que goza de una vista panorámi-
ca a las montañas arboladas, apreciable desde el interior a través de ventanales de doble
altura o del exterior por medio de una terraza a lo largo de la villa complementada con una
hermosa chimenea al piso para disfrutar de infinidad de noches estrelladas al aire libre.
Regardless of whether it is a sunny day or a rainy afternoon, this Villa has everything imaginable for chil-
dren and adults. Recreational elements are what make up this beautiful villa, also called a clubhouse,
where we have ample spaces distributed on the 2 levels and a block that make up this villa. On the ground
floor there is a play area with billiards, a living room and a card table; It is accompanied by a large cellar
for exquisite palates and a movie theater; On the upper floor we find an open space where warmth and
harmony are breathed, framed by a lamp composed of 6 impressive luminaries that highlight the double
height appreciable from any angle, complemented by a uniquely designed main room thanks to its blend
of textiles such as linen , leather, cotton and hair, reflected in armchairs, bean bags chairs and cushions.
Spending the day or night on its upper floor is a delight to behold, since it enjoys a panoramic view of
the wooded mountains, appreciable from the inside through double-height windows or from the outside
through a terrace along the villa complemented by a beautiful fireplace on the floor to enjoy countless
starry nights outdoors.

Sutil seducción a los sentidos, equilibrio y tranquil-
idad, son las cualidades características de esta villa,
ideal para un escape de fin de semana o para unas
vacaciones largas.
Resaltando la construcción de ladrillo y los mate-
riales naturales, se desarrolla una villa que nos en-
vuelve en la conexión natural con el exterior, ases de
luz que traspasan amplios ventanales llenos de en-
ergía, cada habitación es solo el inicio de la aventura
al estar aquí.
Subtle seduction to the senses, balance and tranquility, are the
characteristic qualities of this villa, ideal for a weekend escape or
for a long vacation.
Highlighting the construction of brick and natural materials, a
developed villa that involves us in the natural connection with
the outside, aces of light that pass through large windows filled
with energy, each room is just the beginning of the adventure to
be here.

La vereda finaliza con una villa de ensueño, un espacio
acogedor en todos los sentidos; conformado por 2 plan-
tas enmarcadas por una imponente chimenea que hace
lucir una doble altura como bienvenida.
Villa que invita a disfrutar de un buen libro en sus cómo-
dos sillones al lado de la chimenea, de consentirse con
un baño de burbujas acompañado de una vista arbola-
da, en donde la elegancia se respira en cada elemento,
donde cada invitado pueda sentirse parte de una expe-
riencia única y autentica.
The path ends with a dream villa, a cozy space in every way; con-
formed by 2 floors framed by an imposing chimney that makes a dou-
ble height display as an entrance.
Villa that invites you to enjoy a good book in its comfortable armchairs
next to the fireplace, to pamper yourself with a bubble bath accompa-
nied by a wooded view, where elegance is breathed in each element,
where each guest can feel part of a unique and authentic experience.

Los elementos más importantes que cumplieron con los requisitos de nues-
tros clientes fueron el uso de la madera, el confort de todos los muebles, y
los materiales que utilizamos para calentar la casa y hacerla lugar acogedor
dónde poder relajarse en medio de la naturaleza.

The most important elements that fulfilled our clients requirements was
the used of wood, the comfort of all the furniture, and the materials that we
used making the home a warm and a cozy place where they could relax in
the middle of nature.
