Planning committee report
What’s Going on? Program ASMs are coordinating the pre-
trip planning process We’re planning for over 230 people
Scouts are very much part of the process Initially one “rookie” and one “veteran” Eventually, Troop ASPLs will be involved
Program Progress
• What are we doing?– Program ASMs met March 3rd to establish planning
framework• We set ground rules
– Basically, there are no ground rules– Scouts would be central to the planning process
• We brainstormed potential activities– We agreed to meet, with Scouts, April 21st, to set basic
