This is an open letter currently on the Internet with links
attached.
As you are fully aware, I have posted a website titled,
“One Man’s Fight against Corruption”.
This expanding website currently at 275 pages, was first
posted several years ago.
If you “Google” “Detective Jill James” you will find on
page one, item 2 – “Episode Three” of “One Man’s Fight
against Corruption”, titled “Corruption in the Las Vegas
Metropolitan Police Department”.
I have been hard-working, law-abiding and a taxpaying
resident of Las Vegas since 1989.
I am now a 70-year-old combat veteran of the Vietnam
War with a 70% service connected disability.

While I was walking toward my car in my driveway,
Robert Perry White of Las Vegas Nevada at the behest of his
sister Alana Geneva Peterson of Torrance California
viciously and imprudently attacked me!
I was unconscious and subsequently taken to the
hospital in an ambulance!
The details of this attack are described in detail in
“Episode Three” of my website.
In my first conversation with you, 18 days after I was
attacked, I correctly offered Robert Perry White as the most
likely suspect in this very first telephone conversation with
you!
You immediately informed me that there would be no
investigation because there were no witnesses!
Madam, I know you for that this trickster, cheat and liar
that you are!
Robert Perry White was on probation for a felony in
California when I was attacked by this individual and when I
had this first telephone conversation with you!
Robert Perry White had served time at the Arizona State
prison for armed robbery!
In Alana Geneva Peterson’s 911 emergency call she
described my assailant as a “friend” several times!

In her written report less than one hour later she
described my assailant as a “stranger” that mysteriously
appeared then disappeared!
I was not privy to any of these facts like you were, yet
you informed me that because there were no witnesses there
would be no investigation.
You are a detective in the “Violent Crimes Division” of
the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
You are playing with people’s lives on a daily basis and I
want you to know that what you put me through is
reprehensible, exasperating and completely and totally
unprofessional!
It has become very clear that the pursuit of justice is not
available through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police
Department!
I also want you to know that I was conned into hiring
Las Vegas lawyer Paul C. Ray of the law firm of John Peter
Lee Ltd. in this pursuit of justice that simply does not exist in
Las Vegas Nevada!
Ray turned out to be just another despicable trickster
cheat and con artist!
He conducted extremely expensive depositions with
Alana Geneva Peterson and her sister Elaina Peterson
without the benefit of police reports and 911 recordings from
the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Nevertheless, the demeanor and answers to questions by
Alana Geneva Peterson convinced me that she was lying
profusely!
I contacted you immediately afterwards and reiterated
the fact that I was attacked by Robert Perry White at the
behest of his sister Alana Geneva Peterson!
Once again you ignored my request to conduct an
investigation!
I spoke with a Sergeant Matthew Sanford and he
informed me that he would contact Alana Geneva Peterson
and question her.
I contacted Las Vegas lawyer Paul C. Ray regarding this
upcoming “interview”.
This lawyer never even responded!
I contacted Sergeant Matthew Sanford by telephone to
provide him with some additional information before he
spoke with Alana Geneva Peterson.
His reply, “Oh I already spoke with Alana Peterson.”
Sergeant Matthew Sanford did not provide any details of that
alleged telephone conversation with Alana Geneva Peterson.
Las Vegas lawyer Paul C. Ray finally obliged my
requests and subpoenaed the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police
Department for all records pertaining to my case and the 911
recordings.

All we received from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police
Department were the 911 recordings!
I consider this still another example of cover-up tactics
by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department by not fully
complying with the subpoena that included a request for all
records!
I was not privy to the content of the 911 recordings until
almost one year after I was attacked!
It was not until May of that year until a deposition was
conducted with Robert Perry White that I was finally able to
identify him as the person that viciously imprudently attack
me when I was 64 years of age!
I immediately contacted you again at the Violent Crimes
Division and informed you of this positive identification on
my part!
I was informed by you that it had been over one year
since I was attacked and the case was closed!
I contacted the “citizens review board” and they
informed me that there was nothing they could do because
over one year had lapsed!
Las Vegas lawyer Paul C. Ray and the law firm of John
Peter Lee Ltd. placed my case into arbitration without my
knowledge and ran my bill up to $58,000 without ever
informing me that the most an individual can recoup for
attorney’s fees in arbitration is $3000!

I took over the case myself and it was a very difficult and
arduous process.
I conducted depositions with Alana Geneva Peterson and
Robert Perry White and was more than prepared to take it to
a jury!
Sergeant Matthew Sanford and you, Detective Jill James
were on that witness list!
Six weeks prior to the trial, Judge Joanna S. Petitioner
rendered a “Summary Judgment” stating that Alana Geneva
Peterson was not involved in any way in the attack on my
person!
First I am victimized by being brutally attacked!
Then I’m victimized by the Las Vegas Metropolitan
Police Department by allowing the perpetrators of this brutal
attack to completely get away with it!
Then the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department
actually attempts to cover up the lies submitted by the
perpetrator of this brutal attack!
Then the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department
actually attempts to cover up their involvement in these cover-
ups by not fully complying with a court ordered subpoena for
all records!

Then I am victimized by the lawyer in the law firm that
employed him by not disclosing what their true agenda
actually was!
The law firm of John Peter Lee Ltd. covered up the
details of that termination!
Paul C. Ray was employed by the law firm of John Peter
Lee Ltd. for 16 years!
In her thinly veiled attempts to cover-up the questioning
of Las Vegas Metropolitan police officers, government
officials and my former lawyers, Las Vegas Judge Joanna S.
Kishner and issued a “Summary Judgment that completely
torpedoed my case and trampled upon my civil rights.”
I’ve stated numerous times in court documents and in
articles that I have written that government at all levels in
Clark County (Las Vegas) and in the state of Nevada reeks of
corruption and that corruption is rampant.
I have had the occasion to literally speak with hundreds
of individuals at work, on the street, at gatherings and
elsewhere and I have been privy to one horrific story after
another involving the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police
Department.
I was having a document notarized by a bail bondsman
near the courthouse and I spent over an hour listening to his
stories of corruption involving law enforcement, the District
Attorney’s Office, corrupt lawyers, corrupt government
officials, the State Bar of Nevada, the Attorney General’s
Office so on and so forth.

James R. Aymann (Jim) is a combat veteran of the
Vietnam War with a service connected disability and he
celebrated his 71st birthday a few days ago.
In August 2014, Jim created the website-
onemansfightagainstcorruption
In the past year alone, (July 2015 – July 2016) this
website has had over 14,000 visits, to include Europe, Asia,
Latin America, Australia, New Zealand with a following from
China, Ukraine and Brazil.
To date, Jim has no accounting for visits by mobile
phones and backdoor visits that include phrases and this is
without the aid of press releases, networking, advertising etc.
Jim has also received hundreds of favorable emails in
reference to this website from all over the world.
What is interesting is that Jim has essentially added
nothing to this website in the past year.
However, Jim has posted several articles on the Internet
under pseudonyms.
There is a populist movement that is sweeping across this
country!
This movement is deeply factionalized with progressive
sentiments at one end of the spectrum and reactionary
sentiments at the other end but the common theme and the
common thread that runs through this movement is the
complete and total disgust by the populace involving the
corruption in the private sector (big business) and the
corresponding corruption of government at all levels that
includes all branches.
To begin with, Jim will present the argument that the
legal industry throughout the State of Nevada may be the
most corrupt in the USA and that the culture of Las Vegas
may be the most predatory and corrupt in the USA.

CORRUPTION IN THE NEVADA LEGAL
INDUSTRY

Nevada received a failing grade of “F”
and is fifth from the bottom amongst all 50
states!

Public access to information, political financing,
electoral oversight, Legislative accountability, Judicial
accountability, procurement, internal auditing, lobbying
disclosure, ethical enforcement agencies, ad infinitum
received failing grades in the State of Nevada!
To be blunt, Nevada industry, to include lawyers, in
conjunction with Nevada State Government at all levels is a
labyrinthine sewer of corruption and deception draining into
a cesspool and that cesspool are the Nevada courts at all
levels!
Are you getting the picture yet! In theory, if an individual has a collection of supportable
facts ad infinitum, then the opposing party in an adversarial
setting is lying and cannot prevail.
In reality, in the State of Nevada, supportable facts are
meaningless unless you are connected (big business,
affluence, hotshot lawyers, relatives etc.) you cannot prevail
with any state institution in the State of Nevada, end of story!

Every year tens of thousands of hard-working, taxpaying
and law-abiding Nevada residents are victimized in an
extremely predatory private sector.
When these victims appeal to law enforcement or to
virtually any other county and/or state agency and ultimately
to the court system at all levels, they will be victimized again
and again and again and again ad infinitum!
Gallup conducted a poll last year whereby they
determined that “Three in four Americans (75%) last year
perceived corruption as widespread in the country’s
government!)
This poll is an indication that government on the federal
level is perceived to be both rampant and pervasive!
In Nevada however, a more accurate figure would be
95% or 19 out of 20 Nevadans perceiving corruption as
widespread in Nevada government! (5% are either corrupt
government officials or the individuals that benefit from this
corruption)
