Artist Statement:

My current art practice involves theoretical writing, sculpture, paper making, text works, painting, performance, film and artists’ books. I am engaged and intrigued with the possible role of art to reach out and communicate which in turn makes me excited by the potential political and societal implications of such a practice. It is from such a position and engagement with art, that art can become a ground to both challenge and propose new ways of critical thinking about issues such as politics, identity and ideology.
