La Mega 87.7 FM will continue to broadcast all 82 regular season games and all preseason and postseason games in Spanish. The 2017-18 season is the fourth in franchise history that

Cavaliers games are covered in a second language.

Each Cavaliers broadcast begins with a 15-minute pregame show, hosted by Hernández Brito, which sets the scene for the game, including the latest news about the Cavs and the NBA. Following

the game broadcast, he also hosts the postgame show, which features a complete recap with highlights and postgame commentary.

Nationally, Hernández Brito’s broadcasting experience includes 8 years as the voice of NFL football for Spanish Broadcasts on Univision from 20 05 to 2013, and he has worked 12 Super Bowls. He

THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS INTRODUCE CAVS LEGION GAMING CLUB (GC) TO COMPETE IN THE UPCOMING NBA 2K LEAGUE The inaugural NBA 2K League season is booting up and ready to tip off in May 2018. The official name of the team that will rep Cleveland on the virtual court is Cavs Legion Gaming Club (GC). In addition, Anthony Muraco has been named Director, Gaming Operations and the HOT POCKETS® brand signed on to be the first foun ding partner of Cavs Legion GC. Cavs Legion GC is one of 17 NBA 2K League teams participating in the inaugural NBA 2K League season. The Cavs Legion GC official team colors are wine and gold, consistent with the look and feel of the Caval iers NBA team

franchise. The official team logo features a contemporary adaptation of the Cavalier profile, set above the team name in a sharp typeface that’s inspired by the edges of a sword.

The NBA 2K League, a joint venture between the NBA and Take-Two Interactive, is a professional esports league that will feature the best 2K players in the world. Anyone across the world who owns NBA 2K18 (PS4 or Xbox One) and is 18 years or older can try out to potentially be drafted into the league. The NBA 2K League Qualifier will take place from Jan. 1-31, 2018. To qualify to be invited to the next round of tryouts in February, players need to win 50 games in Pro-Am Mode of NBA 2K18 and complete an online application by midnight on January 31st. managing director of the NBA 2K League, held a Reddit AMA (ask me anything) last week regarding the first round of tryouts. In March, each of the 17 NBA 2K League teams will draft five players. CHARGE STUMBLE IN WISCONSIN OSHKOSH, WI - The Canton Charge (8-13), powered by the Cleveland Cavaliers , were defeated by the Wisconsin Herd (15-8), 128-126, at the Menominee Nation Arena on Wednesday evening.

Seven Canton players scored in double figures, including five in the first half, led by Caleb Swanigan’s double-double of 28 points and 15 rebounds with five assists in 35 minutes on flex assignment from Portland. Marcus Thornton scored 24 points and nabbed two steals in 33 minutes. Ante Zizic came off the ben ch to add 18 points and eight rebounds in 21 minutes on

assignment from Cleveland. Two-Way Player London Perrantes had an all-around effort of 11 points, nine assists, four rebounds and three steals in 38 minutes.

Canton had a season-best first quarter and first half, starting out the night scoring 41 points in the first that included 10 assis ts on 17-of-25 converted attempts from the field (68%). The momentum carried over with a 35 point second quarter to combine for the Charge’s best offensive half so far this season: 76 p oints, three from tying a franchise record, on 28-of-46 from the field (61%). Canton was outscored 70-50 by Wisconsin in the second half.
