Importing a PDF or Powerpoint file

into an Activ Flipchart

Need a folder to store PDF files & Active FlipchartsCreate folders in my documents or on share driveOpen My documents or share folder

Right Click, new, folder, Name the folder

Save PDF files to your folder (Location -My documents or Sharedrive) http://www.hubbardscupboard.org/Teacher_Version_2_-_I_

See.pdfClick on “File” for dropdown

Choose “Save as” Choose the correct location Name the file

Saving PDF Files

Creating a new flipchart using a PDF file:Open Activ Software (If not already open)

Use a blank flipchartClick on “File” for drop down box

Choose “Import” for drop down boxClick on “PDF”

Find the PDF folder and choose the correct fileChoose the proper information or click “Import”

Step 3: Import from PDF Infomation

Save the new flipchart in your folder

Save New Flipchart

Click Save

Adjust the pages if needed

Lock the pages to keep them from being movedRight click—click locked
