Dear All,
With the immense grace and blessings of Bhagwan a Bhajan Sadhana Camp has been organised
on Sunday 22nd January 2012 at Dharmkshetra from 9am to 7.30 pm.
2. The Agenda of the programme is enclosed herewith . Please ask all Bhajan singers to attend
the camp to derive long lasting benefits from it.
3. Please announce this in all Samithi programmes and ensure that no other Bhajans are held in
your Samithi on this day.

11.00 – 11.10 am- Presentation & Recommendation by Group 4

1. Group Incharges will take their group in one corner and raise the issue with related
questions. The subject is given to the group incharge in advance so that they can come prepared with questions and points to be discussed.
Guidelines for Group Discussions.
2. Opinion of people in the group is sought. 3. Disagreements are discussed and consensus is evolved, and noted as a
recommendation. 4. All the recommendations against all points are noted in a sheet of paper and handed
over to Mr Saxena after making the presentation in the time slot provided.
