Our most valued customer Bajaj Auto Limited had arranged ’15th

BAVA Waluj cluster

Kaizen competition’ at Hotel Keys, Aurangabad on 28th

Jan 2020.

This Kaizen Competition was with Kaizen themes like:

• Quality - Material handling and hygiene improvement in product supply

• Development - Zero customer complaint by process design from SOP

• SHE - Solid Waste Management

- System Improvement monitoring

- Zero Discharge

There were 65 Kaizens received from Waluj Clusters out of which 30 Kaizens were

considered for this competition. Participants from Plant VI, Mr. Aditya Kanugo & Mr.

Rohit Patil presented Kaizen on ‘Development - Zero Customer complaint by Process

design from SOP’ & received 2nd

Runner up Award .

An initiative of IMTMA, IMTEX FORMING is a

flagship event for the Indian metal forming

industry conducted at Bengaluru between 23rd

to 28th

Jan 2020. It is South and South East

Asia's apex exhibition showcasing the latest

trends as well as technological refinements

from India and other global players.

The mega event attracts visitors from a wide

spectrum of manufacturing and ancillary

industries including key decision and policy

makers as well as industry captains who are

keen to source the latest technologies and

manufacturing solutions for their product lines.

RUCHA YANTRA LLP AT IMTEX 2020 BENGALURU

Rucha Yantra LLP participated in the

Expo to showcase modern

technology and competitive product

of Material Handling. We have

demonstrated AGV Raghav from our

Brilliant Robot.

Around 300 + visitors visited our stall, get attracted towards product. All Industry leaders

have visited our stall & appreciated our advancement in AGV Sector.

This year we have celebrated 71st Republic day across the group on 26

th January

2020, the day when constitution of India came to effect. On this auspicious occasion,

Ruchaites bowed head before the memories of India’s freedom fighters & great

leaders. This is the occasion to reaffirm our commitment to unity in diversity, fraternity

and equality among all citizens of our proud nation. Republic day programs were

organized at the hands of renowned personalities in their respective region. Post this

event plants also conducted various cultural and sports activities.

SBI Training Zonal office has approached us for industrial visit of their probationary

officers for better understanding of Automobile industry workings from Banking &

Financial services perspective.

Senior SBI Authorities were present during this visit & appreciated management

for promoting industrial orientations to various Institutions to build up next level

professionals

STATE BANK OF INDIA TEAM VISIT TO PLANT VI

SPECIAL PROJECTS & AUDITS

We are proud to be part of initiative by IIM

Nagpur, to improve Industry-Academia

interaction since 2018. In 2nd year of this

initiative we hosted 6 first year students

from IIMN for 3 weeks. They worked on 3

different challenging projects and shared

some interesting perspective on those

subjects.

BAVA SAFETY AUDIT AT PLANT III & VI

BAVA Safety Committee has

conducted Quarterly Scheduled Safety

Audit at our Plant III & VI to up keep the

Safety 1st at workplace.

During these Audits various aspects of

work-safety were inspected &

improvements were suggested.

Plant wise score :

Plant III : 84/100 & Plant VI : 86/100

a tool to assist employees in career

Makar Sankranti festival is observed on

14th January every year and known by

various names in India such as Uttarayan

in Gujrat, Lohri in north India, Bhogali Bihu

by Assamese, Pongal by Tamil and Poush

Sangkranti in West Bengal, Tila Sakrait in

Mithila, Khichdi in Uttar Pradesh and

Shishur Saenkraat in Kashmir Valley.

keep up the Moral for better productivity.

As a regular Practice we organized ‘Inter

Plant Cricket Tournament for Cricket freaks

& got a tremendous response from all the

plants. In this total 14 teams were

participated & performed extremely very

well.

Final match was of 12 overs & played in between Plant I Team from Robotic Chassis

Vs Press Shop teams & their run were :Robotic Chassis : 107 Runs & Press Shop : 94

Runs. With the lead of 13 runs Robotic Chassis Team has bagged the championship

of this Tournament.

Congratulation Team Robotic Chassis (Plant I) & every individual to make event

successful.

initiative at ‘Sai Tekdi’ on 8th

Jan 2020. This is one more step towards unity of

Ruchaites to make difference for composit lifestyle.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

BLOOD DONATION CAMP CONDUCTED AT ALL PLANTS

Donating blood may reduce the risk of heart disease for men. A single blood

donation can save Upto three lives. Donating blood may not only benefit the person

who received the blood cells but may also improve the health of the donor.

From Jan 7th

to 20th

2020 we have organized Blood Donation Caps in all plants. Our

employees have participated voluntarily.

this to support this noble cause
