In this session, you will learn how to take back control and own your technology instead of it owning you – with distraction management techniques and practical time, task & email management methodologies that let you regain control of your day.

2:45 - 4:15 Flying Safe in the Clouds + Ethical Pitfalls of Everyday Law Office Computing (Ethics Credit).
Practicing anywhere at any time is no longer just a dream for lawyers ... it is a reality. From Smartphones, laptops, and tablets, to the use of cloud-based tools, Wi-Fi hotspots have changed the paradigm of the modern legal practice. But that new freedom requires heightened security practices & ethical standards. In this session, we will walk you through best practices for taking your office on the road.
