Log in as Admin user Click the Offices tab Search for the main office

EFIN Only accessible under the

main office Click Edit Office Logo

Uploading your logo

Click Browse and locate your logo

Enter text in the message box Enter up to 250 characters

Click Upload

Note: COM uses jpg and bmp images

Once uploaded, your logo and message will be listed under Existing Logo

Displays on Reports and TaxWise Updates screens under sub-office log in

Sub offices can now access the main office’s COM portal with their Client ID

Logs into the main office COM portal

Access is limited and Client ID specific

TaxWise UpdatesSaves valuable time for those offices that download and host the TaxWise Updates on their website

Automatically updated when posted to the TaxWise Customer Support site
