Gilbert & Sullivan OperettasFormerly the home of Sir W.S Gilbert, the Music Room createsthe perfect setting to hear Grim’s Dyke Opera perform these classicOperettas by some of the country’s finest Gilbert and Sullivanperformers who have been performing here for nearly twenty years.

We put on two styles of event:The Opera Dinner: £79 per head

A full costumed Opera with three course meal. Arrival 7pm, firstcourse served 7.30pm prompt.

Matinee Tea & Tour: £29 per head

Full Afternoon Cream tea will be served in the Music Room whilstyou enjoy a selection of songs from the shows. Includes a free tourof the grounds. Meet in the lobby at 2.30pm, tour of the house andgrounds starts at 3pm.

Murder MysteryMurder Mystery Dinner: £65 per head

Set in the beautiful Music Room. Nobody could accuse us of takingmurder seriously. This is as much a show as a mystery. Of course, ifthat’s your thing, then all the clues are there, but if you just want anevening’s entertainment, you can have that too. And when I sayentertainment - did you think Music Hall wasdead? Not if you’ve seen Iris in action. Many ofthe actors have all done stints in theWest End. You will come away with thefeeling that you’ve had a great evening,even if you never quite understoodwhat was going on!
