Airport for arrival: Chubu Central Japan International Airport (NGO)- Please take long haul direct flights to Chubu Central Japan International Airport (NGO) as

much as possible, but not compulsory.- Meet-up time on 30 Nov will be 9:45 am at lobby of “Comfort Hotel Central International

Airport”. FAM Organizer will provide a complement accommodation for delegates whochoose to come a day earlier on 29th Nov.

- “Comfort Hotel Central International Airport” is connected with Chubu Central JapanInternational Airport (NGO) by indoor walkway bridge (3 minutes’ walk).

Airport for Departure: Kansai international Airport (KIX)- On the Final day, participants will be taken from the “Kirin beer Kobe brewery” to Kansai

international Airport (arriving at the airport at 15:00).- If your destination is a different airport or different region in Japan, you will have the option

to take a taxi to JR Shin Kobe Station for JPY 12,000.Please NOTE the following:- Participants are responsible for their own flight into Chubu Central Japan International

Airport (NGO) and from Kansai international Airport (KIX).- This FAM trip is for 12 participants only. Due to the limited seats available, a pre-approval

selection will be done by the organizers. (Not on a first-come and first-served basis.)- Other option includes: Mie, Shiga and Okinawa FAM Trips.- Only one room will be provided per company. Delegates can share a room (maximum 2

people) and there is an extra charge for the 2nd delegate, the details will be announced later.- Non-delegate partners are not allowed on this FAM Tour.
