Purpose
To obtain experimental data for neutronsgenerated by high energy proton Interaction in matter (Ep>100 GeV)
• Nuclear reaction mechanism• Simulation code test • Radiation shielding and activation
Experiment at AP0
Cross Sectional View of AP0
• Neutron spectra and position distribution• Foil activation method
- Samples: Aluminum, Copper, Bismuth, etc.- Position: AG, CC(2007,2008) FP, TG, ST(2008)

•No spallation products could be observed using the Be shell.•Be-7 and Na-24 could be produced from air. So, the 2 nuclides were observed regardless of Be shell.
