It will be a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)-focused ECHS. The 50,000-square-foot, $12 million project is slated to be completed in 2015. The school has been made possible through partnerships with Palo Alto College and Texas A&M University-San Antonio . The program offers students a chance to earn up to 60 college-credit hours. The school opened in August 2014, and is temporarily housed at the Frank Tejeda Academy . The Harlandale Independent School District has hired locally based Jasmine Engineering to serve as
