I highly recommend Will Hardy as a candidate for employment. Will was recruited to work as an outside sales representative for Vivint Home Security in 2010 and was responsible for creating accounts through cold call contacting. He also was given the duties of managing, recruiting and training of new hire sales representatives.
Will has acquired many great skills that he will continue to apply for the rest of his management and sales career. Other sales representatives naturally gravitate to him and his example of sales skills and gift for friendship—these qualities have had a great positive impact on many fellow sale representatives—because of these qualities, Will has had a very great effect as a manger and sales representative for Vivint. In addition to this, Will has a great ability to create qualifying questions that helped him to deliver powerful presentations. He proved he was capable of overcoming tough objections that helped in closing a high amount of sales. His ability to shadow the customer helped him to create a personalized presentation for each and every customer. Because of these sales skills he was able to lead the office by example.
An important characteristic that Will has is he is very disciplined, while also being able to take rejection and continue moving forward trying to reach his daily goals. He was very teachable and demonstrated his ability to lead as he helped his group of new sales representatives win in office competitions.
