UNDERWRITING OPPORTUNITIES
TECHNOLOGY $10,000All guests use a mobile bidding system to participate in our fabulous silent auction. Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed on the mobile bidding app/hand-held device and on all ballroom screens throughout the evening. Includes reserved seating for a table of 10 at the event.
LIVE AUCTION $10,000Help highlight our unique packages by underwriting the live auction. Your company logo will be displayed on bid cards given to each guest as well as on the live auction video display. Company spokesperson may introduce the auctioneer from the stage. Includes reserved seating for a table of 10 at the event.
SOCIAL MEDIA WALL $10,000Our social media wall will be creating buzz throughout the entire evening. Your company’s logo will be displayed on this fun, interactive screen where guests will share their Gala social media posts. Step and repeat for guest photo opportunities that includes sponsor logo. Includes reserved seating for a table of 10 at the event.
CENTER BAR $10,000Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed at the large bar located prominently in the center of the silent auc-tion area. Sponsor will have the opportunity to create a specialty cocktail of their choosing and name it appropriately. Company logo will be displayed on cocktail napkins and signage around the entire bar area. Includes reserved seating for a table of 10 at the event.
Leverage your marketing dollars by taking advantage of an Underwriting Opportunity. These partnerships maximize brand exposure while enhancing the guest experience. All event underwriters receive on-screen logo recognition in the ballroom. All underwriting opportunities are exclusive with the exception of the Patron Bar.
ENTERTAINMENT $7,500Help guests dance into the night as your company underwrites the entertainment. Your company will be recognized by the band during the evening and your logo will be prominently displayed on screen. Includes reserved seating for a table of 10 at the event.
CENTERPIECE $7,500Beautify each table by underwriting the centerpieces for the event. Your company’s logo will be placed on signage at each table. Includes reserved seating for a table of 10 at the event.
PATRON BAR $5,000Add to the fun of the evening by underwriting one of the four bars placed throughout the auction area. Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed at a specified bar. Sponsor will have the opportunity to create a specialty cocktail of their choosing and name it appropriately. Includes reserved seating for a table of 8 at the event.
