Introduction• My name is Jerrell Davis. I have been

working with children for many years. I love the atmosphere of the teaching profession. I enjoy seeing that light bulb off in a student’s mind when they finally grasp onto a new concept. There is nothing in this World more rewarding than seeing children learn and incorporate new learning styles and concepts.

• My family is one of the most important aspects of my life. My family is a very close nit family and we stick together no matter what the situation may be. We love to explore new things in life and make the most out of life. We love to see children grow daily.

My Twin Brother• My twin brother and I are complete

opposites. We are fraternal twins. He is actually older than me by five minutes. He enjoys sports a whole lot more than I do. I tend to favor doing things that involve creativity. For example, I love designing and decorating room in my home. I enjoy helping others when they are confused and frustrated on how they want a particular room to look.

My Time at North Greenville

• My time at North Greenville was an adventure of a life time. I had the opportunity to meet many people and grow closer to God. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education. I had so much fun and I enjoyed every aspect of the university.

• My religion and beliefs are very important to me. I have had the opportunity to grow closer to God and closer to myself in regards to my religious beliefs. I truly believe that God is the light of the World. He is the almighty and the greatest of all. I trust in my faith greatly.

My Goals

There are many things that I would like to accomplish throughout my lifetime. I would like to start a family some day and incorporate some of the things that were introduced to me are a child. I would like to further my education by obtaining my Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. My ultimate goal is to obtain my Doctorate in Education.

My Inspiration

• My true inspiration in life is my grandparents. They have done so much for my family and have come such a long way from were they started. They taught me to be very strong and to always do my best. They believed in a great education at the best cost, which meant the future.

Reading is one of the most important things when it comes to students learning what is vital in order to succeed. Students must learn to read books over, and over, and over. It matters how much time they read and it matters how well they read.

to ways a child learns. Children learn from playing with other children. They learn to make their own rules and enforce rules. They learn to interact on a social level and well as a physical level.
