molded-fiber plant. In 1903, Martin Keyes, the founder of
KeyesFibre Company, developed the molded-fiber technology that is
still in use today. The Plant now produces hundreds of different
products, serving three (3) market segments: Retail, Food Service
and Consumer Goods. A few of these better-known items include a
four-cup carrier, a Chipotle burrito bowl, Chinet® lunch and dinner
plates, and laminated, frozen-meal trays.
The Waterville site converts relatively small quantities of y q
frecycled raw materials annually. This facility operates 7 days per
week, 24 hours a day, and enjoys an excellent safety record.
