MUYANG INTRODUCTION & HISTORY

Headquartered in the famous historical and cultural city of Yangzhou, P. R. China, Muyang Group has since its founding in 1967 grown into a prestigious group corporation, whose activities cover design, development, fabrication and installation of the machinery & engineering of the following industries such as feed manufacturing, grain milling, environment protection, food processing, bulk solids handling and storage, steel structure building as well as industrial automation.

Muyang currently has over 2500 employees, including 800 technicians and engineers who specialize in steel structure engineering, structural design, civil engineering, structural erection, machine building, heat treatment, feed science and technology, control & automation, computer science & application, animal nutrition, dust control, grain milling, chemical engineering, edible oil engineering and marketing. Thanks to the strong R&D capability and years of unrelenting effects, Muyang has developed over 100 series (more than 600 models) of high quality feed and grain processing machines. It is capable of undertaking all types of turn-key feed mill projects ranging from normal animal feed production facilities to upper-class extruded aqua feed production lines, which can fully satisfy various market requirements. As the Research Institute for Feed Machinery (assigned by the China National Feed Engineering Technology Research Center) and the National Technical Committee of Feed Machinery Standardization Administration of China and the Modern Feed ProcessingEquipment Research Center of Jiangsu province, Muyang is in a technologically leading position in feed industry.

So far, through a worldwide sales and service network over 50 countries and 40 agents around the world, Muyang has exported different equipment and turn-key projects to over 80 countries including Switzerland, Belgium, France, Americas, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Iran, Ukraine, Malaysia, Egypt, Serbia, Vietnam, Canada, Myanmar, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Philippines, Syria and so on. Muyang Steel Structure Engineering is ready when you are to Design, Engineer,& Fabricate your valued steel structure project.

Our facilities are based two hours from Shanghai in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province and our site is reached conveniently by high-speed bullet train from many stations along the Shanghai corridor. The steel structure engineering divisions currently cover a land area of 120,000m2 with 54,000m2 of covered shops. Under development is another 330,000m2 that will house the new fabrication center and testing facility.

Muyang Steel Structure capacity is 3,000 tons per month. This capacity as well as the entire group is being expanded in 2011 and the steel structures are targeting a production of 5,000 tons per month of column and beam structures and other special application structures. Our current capacity for structural steel can reach 3,000 tons per month, but this capacity will be increased in 2011 with a target of 5,000 tons of column and beam, and other special application structures. The concept of special programs for building type structures was introduced over 30 years ago and resulted in the development of the TABS series of computer programs.

SAP2000 (Computers & Structures)SAP2000 is a structural analysis program used by civil engineers in the design and analysis of bridges, buildings, dams, etc. SAP2000 features a very sophisticated, intuitive and versatile user interface powered by a analysis engine and design tools for engineers working on transportation, industrial, public works, sports, and other facilities.

STRAP (STRuctural Analysis Programs)STRAP is a suite of finite element static and dynamic analysis programs for buildings, bridges and other structures. It includes programs for the design of rolled and light-gauge steel and concrete in accordance with U.S., Canadian and other international codes. STRAP is a comprehensive and versatile structural analysis and design program.

MIDAS/Gen Midas Gen is a structural analysis and optimal design system utilizing intuitive User Interface, contemporary Computer Graphics and substantially fast Solver Speed. The system is capable of undertaking structural analyses and designs for even complex and large structures. MIDAS/Gen provides design capabilities using various standards of different countries reflecting conventional as well as unusual design conditions, leading to an Optimal Design. MIDAS/Gen has been used for over 10 years and applied to over 4,000 projects successfully, thereby, exhibiting its credibility and stability.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING SOFTWARE

Muyang is currently executing the qualification process for the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), Standard for Steel Building Structures, with Fracture Critical and Sophisticated Paint Coating Endorsement. We supply all types of steel structures, built-up steel sections, box columns, columns & beams, or secondary products such as platforms, ladders, stair towers, handrails, ductwork, etc.
