Jig Spinner
Tools and Materials Metric Sizes
200mm x 1mm stainless steel straight spinning wire (use 150mm as an alternative)
1 small piece .3mm brass or copper sheet
1 split ring + medium sized swivel or a medium sized snap swivel
1 jig head and hook weighing between 3gr and 15gr
1 soft plastic to suit above
1 scrap of plywood or mdf 12mm or thicker to make wire forming template
8 x 3mm dia round nails 50mm or longer
2 x 2mm dia round nails or steel pin to use as a punch
Scotch Tape
Tools
3mm HSS dril bit or brad point wood bit
Pin or sharp nail to mark hole centres
Hand held electric drill, cordless drill or hand crank drill
Heavy duty scissors like kitchen or poultry scissors
Coarse bench sharpening stone, oil stone, waterstone or diamond
Pair of wire end cutters or side cutters
Dessert spoon
Ball and pein hammer
General purpose pliers

2 x 13/64” dia round nails or steel pin to use as a punch
