Jimmie Rogers III Subdivision, Vian, OK – 30 LotsPay Item Descriptions
1. Clearing and Grubbing—201(A)Lump sum payment shall be full compensation for clearing of all trees, shrubs, anddeleterious materials and for burning (if allowed) or removal and environmentally-appropriate disposal off-site. Payment shall include disposal fees.
2. Unclassified Excavation—202(A)Cubic Yard payment shall be full compensation for excavation of all dirt and rockmaterial from the site, moisture conditioning or treating with lime or fly ash asneeded, and placing the same on the site in fully compacted condition. All dirtworkshall be performed in accordance with the Geotechnical Report for this project. Payquantity will be the quantity provided by the Engineer in the bid form. If anotherquantity is wished by the Contractor, such quantity shall be brought to the attentionof the Engineer and accepted by the Engineer prior to bidding.
3. Unclassified Borrow (Including import and haul)—202(D)Cubic Yard payment shall be full compensation for obtaining suitable fill materialfrom off-site, hauling the fill to the site, moisture treating as needed, and placing thesame on the site in fully compacted condition. All dirtwork shall be performed inaccordance with the Geotechnical Report for this project. Pay quantity will be thequantity provided by the Engineer in the bid form. If another quantity is wished bythe Contractor, such quantity shall be brought to the attention of the Engineer andaccepted by the Engineer prior to bidding.
4. SWP3 Documentation and Management—220The Owner has supplied the SWP3 for this project, and the Contractor shall beresponsible for its implementation, and for the on-site maintenance of the paperworkmandated therein. Lump Sum payment shall be full compensation for this task.
5. Temporary Silt Fence—221(C)Linear Foot payment shall be full compensation for the installation, removal, andmaintenance of temporary silt fence, including removal soil that may accumulateagainst the fence during the course of the Work.
6. Solid Slab Sodding—230(A)Square Yard payment shall be full compensation for installation of sod, includingsurface preparation, moisture control, and watering subsequent to and seven daysafter sod placement.
7. Seeding Method A—232(A)Per Acre payment shall be full compensation for distributing seed, including surfacepreparation, and moisture control.
8. Vegetative Mulching—233(A)Per Acre payment shall be full compensation for applying mulch.
9. Linear Grading (Existing Gravel Road)—311Linear Foot payment shall be full compensation for regrading existing gravelroadway.

11.Separator Fabric—325Square Yard payment shall be full compensation for supplying and installing fabric,including proper overlapping and nails if required.
12.Concrete Light Pole Base (Light by OG&E, N.I.C.)—804Per Each payment shall be full compensation for forming, concrete, reinforcement,conduits within the footing, placement of anchor bolts and pole (supplied by others),ground rod, backfill and compaction. Installation and connection of conductors to beperformed by others.
13.Concrete Trough and Headwall—508Per Each payment shall be full compensation for subgrade preparation, forming,concrete, reinforcement, backfill, and compaction.
14.Type 1 Plain Riprap—601(A)Per Ton payment shall be full compensation for placing the riprap on the filter fabricby machine or by hand.
15.Filter Fabric—602(C)Square Yard payment shall be full compensation for shaping and compacting thesubgrade beneath the fabric, for securing the fabric on slopes and around the edges,and for repairing torn fabric.

27.Lift Station with AppurtenancesLump Sum payment shall be full compensation for installation of wet well, pumps,valves, piping, control panel, electrical conductors and conduits, generator, acoustichousing, electric transfer switch, gas service connection, fencing, and gates.Equipment to be supplied by Owner in accordance with Quotation Number 2015-7-23 by Boone & Boone Sales. All labor and other materials to be supplied by theContractor.

38.Construction Staking—642Lump Sum payment for staking shall be full compensation for all staking required bythe Contractor, as well as for all re-staking caused by the Contractor’s forces.
39.Materials Testing (by Owner, N.I.C.)Paving materials and dirt subgrade and backfill shall be tested for compliance withthe Project Plans and Specifications at least as often as the frequency specified, oras directed by the Engineer or the Owner. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibilityto give timely notice to the Testing Lab when testing will be required. The Ownershall pay for testing services. The Contractor shall bear the costs for retesting untilacceptable test results are achieved.
40.Sheet Aluminum Signs—850(A)Per Square Foot payment shall be full compensation for sign and attachmenthardware.
41.Sign Post—851Per Linear Foot payment shall be full compensation for setting post.
42.Remove Power Line from Site (by OG&E, N.I.C.)OG&E power company shall remove the existing overhead electric lines from thesite and extend them underground in easements provided by the Owner. TheContractor shall coordinate its activities with OG&E so as to minimize conflicts. Noseparate payment shall be made for this service.
