Using PowerPoint enables you to create awesome presentation. You can make
photo presentations, graph presentation, screenshot presentations and so much
more. You can pretty much make a presentation about anything these days.
Today we will be making a photo presentation.
Function 1 – How to select a design and a layout.
The first step would be to start from your home screen and click on layout. A
drop-down menu will appear and there you will be able to choose the layout for
your slide. You will have at least nine selections to choose from. This is where you
will decide what will be presented in your slide (contact captions pictures
comparison titles etc.)
The next step would be to click on design. Design templates will appear there will
be different colors, backgrounds and themes you can choose from. Your
previously selected layout will be embedded in the theme design.

Function 2 – How to add and format photo images.
To add your photos to the slide you want to click on (insert picture from file). You
will have the option to choose from your computer's picture files or insert
pictures from a flash drive.
Once you have chosen your photo you can insert it and then format it however
you see fit. The picture tools tab will automatically appear. You will have the
option to choose your pictures style, remove any backgrounds, change the artistic
effects, the color, add borders and much more using these picture tools.

Function 3 – How to add titles/text.
Based on the layout you have chosen, you will see a box that says click to add title
the. You can input the title of this slide or a header or any other information you'd
like to be displayed with that photo. You see that I have added the title True love
to this photo. I also added a title to the second slide.

Function 4 – How to add animation and transition.
To at transition simply click on the transition tab, a drop-down menu will appear
with options for you to choose from. You have the option to have your titles and
images transition by doing a cut, fade, flash, dissolved, checkerboard and the list
goes on.
Creating animation is a similar task; you click on the animation tab and choose
from your list of animation. The animation will be added to your title or your
photo whichever one you clicked on.

Function 5 – How to add music and/or sounds.
To add music to your slide you will click on insert tab. In the top left you will see
an image that looks like a bell with the words audio underneath it. Click on the
audio bell and you may insert audio music from your music files. Once you've
added the music you will be formatted to the slide or the entire slideshow.
You can also add sounds to transition if you don't want to have music for your
slide. Click on the transition tab and in the far left you with the sound icon, click
on the sound and a drop menu will appear. You can add sounds to your title
images or content on your slide.
