In 12 parks throughout the metro east region, there is a tree with jingle bells and gift tag tied to it with a bow.
1. Go to the park & find the tree with the jingle bells.
2. Take a selfie with the tree tag.
3. Share it on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter using #jinglehike. Make sure your post is public so we can see it. OR email your photo to [email protected].
• For each photo submission, you will be entered into a prize drawing. (10 prizes given, must be 14 or older to win.)
• If you find 6 or more of the trees, you will be entered to win the grand prize, a bicycle.
• Do you know what kind of tree the bells are on? Bonus entries will be given to the first person to correctly name the species for each tree (for example, white oak).

3. Find the other 11 trees in parks around the Metro East. Get the full list online at www.
heartlandsconservancy.org or at Swansea City Hall. For every tree you find you’ll be
entered to win. If you find six or more you will be entered to win the Grand Prize, a
bike!BONUS ENTRY: What kind of tree is this? If you are the first person to correctly ID this
tree you get a bonus entry!
