Vegetables like carrot, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes and spring onions can be eaten raw.

Some diseases develop because of non eating vegetables. A disease called survey is

caused due to lack of vitamin C that is found in snow peas, peppers, lemons, tomato juice

and broccoli. It is important to be healthy. Healthy people can work hard and also can

take part in sports. We remain happy when we are healthy.
