In April of 1956 John Leon Wyzenbeek and Morris Garlick entered into a partnership and founded John Morris Scientific. Shortly thereafter John recognised the potential and made Morris an offer to purchase the entire organisation.

More than 50 years later, three generations of the Wyzenbeek family have dedicated their careers to serving science making us the oldest and most successful family owned distributor of technical solutions in our region. At present, John Wyzenbeek’s son Norbert (my father) is Chairman of the Board, and together with a team of industry experienced professionals we manage our growing business.

We specialise in the supply, installation and servicing of instrumentation, plus the supply of consumables, covering diverse industry sectors throughout Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific region.

We provide calibration and repair services on all major pipette brands, with a choice of NATA or standard calibrations options.

Our trained engineers can install equipment and fully train your staff at your premises. For large projects requiring purpose-built installation or modifications, our team delivers customised instrumentation and solutions to meet your specified requirements.

All of our service engineers are tertiary qualified (electrical, mechanical, refrigeration) and attend regular manufacturer conducted factory training programmes to maintain their technical expertise.

We perform on-site pipette service & calibration where large quantities of

pipettes need to be serviced

Mass Flow Controller, Gas Flow & Vacuum Gauge Calibration We are able to calibrate most sensor technologies including Baratron, Capacitive, Piezo and Pirani.

Environmental Equipment Verification We offer verification and repair of ultra-sensitive CO2 gas analysers and photosynthesis systems.
