Implemented and upgraded a new medical database and trained the medical team on the system without significant impact on medical service delivery.
Managed patients ensuring the care required was of the highest standard wherever they were based
Management of patient records of over 500 personnel alongside an administration team of 4 people Managed a daily clinic for basic medical conditions of personnel reporting sick. Managed a patient base of 400 patients with occupational health checks which included vaccination
and audiometry recalls, ensuring the successful deployment of all personnel. Assessed patients prior to seeing doctors to garner basic medical statistics i.e. blood pressure and

Instructional Experience
Trained medical students in the use of the medical database and ensured all students had a basic IT literacy level to ensure competency in the use of the medical database.
Guided and mentored students through learning packages e,g, ECDL to enable them to pass the required exams.
Identifies the need to amend and update lesson plans for the medical database as it was upgraded to keep students as up to date with changes as possible.
Mentored instructors to ensure they delivered lessons to the highest standard. Provided extra mentoring sessions for both students and instructors as required.
Delivered healthcare and emergency medicine to a team of ten medics ensuring continual professional development using theory and practical based learning and using medical colleagues as part of the training programme.
