POSITION – GRAPHICS DESIGNER What we need: We're looking for individuals who have a wide variety of skills from layouts, illustration, storyboarding to logos and everything in between. You'll be working with a multitude of clients across varying industries and each day can bring something new. Must work well on multiple projects, under pressure or short deadlines. We are drawn to clean, simple graphics matched with decisive typography and layouts. You must be: Passionate about what you do, have a great attitude about working and working smart, and have an eye for great design and attention to detail. Must have a strong design sense without direction, but also be able to execute pre-existing concepts with new flare. Can work collaboratively with a creative director to realize a final product. Must have in-depth knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and InDesign. What you don't need: A generic degree, a random amount of experience/ years at a similar position, not even a resume. If you have kick ass work, we'll be able to tell you're right for the job. We will hire solely based on skill, attitude, and work ethics. EXPERIENCE – 0 to 3 Years QUALIFICATION – Doesn’t matter, but MUST have desired skills and CREATIVITY is taken for GRANTED.
