Job Description: President Emerge at Auburn is the umbrella organization for all student leadership programs consisting of leadership cohorts as well as a variety of initiatives, workshops and team building activities that support Auburn students in accomplishing their leadership goals. General Emerge Lead Team Responsibilities: Attend bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with Student Leadership

Programs Advisor Lead weekly Lead Team meetings: Mondays, 2-3:30 PM Attend, participate and lead components of major events and programs

(Kick-off, Fall Training, Winter Workshop, TL Orientation, End of Year Celebration)

Assist in recruiting participants to serve as Team Leaders and as student participants

Serve as a member of the selection committee for incoming leaders/participants as necessary

Represent Emerge and all leadership programs at recruiting events (Camp War Eagle, SOS, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Oversee all student lead team positions Leadership of weekly lead team meetings (day/time to be determined) Outreach to campus organizations and stakeholders; including,

attendance at all President’s Cabinet meetings, collaborating with faculty and staff, facilitating partnerships with other on campus organizations, etc.

Weekly one-on-one meetings with the Coordinators of Student Leadership Programs; including creating yearly timelines as needed to report to Student Involvement and for general run of the organization

Recruit participants to serve as Team Leaders and as student participants

Serve as a member of the selection committee for all other leadership positions and incoming participants

Visit different Emerge team meetings throughout the year Represent Emerge at recruiting events (Camp War Eagle, Talons Day,

War Eagle Day, etc.) Participate in the planning of all student leader trainings Attend one meeting per semester for each phase program (Explore,

Explore Spring, Spark and Transform) to provide a social activity and conduct a feedback session.

Hold office hours or open-door policy in a scheduled and continual manner in order to maintain all feedback channels for Emerge members

Respond and delegate information that comes to Emerge via the [email protected] email account.

Job Description: Executive Vice President of Administration Emerge at Auburn is the umbrella organization for all student leadership programs consisting of leadership cohorts as well as a variety of initiatives, workshops and team building activities that support Auburn students in accomplishing their leadership goals. Through our quality, meaningful and multiple access point leadership development opportunities, we aim to guide Auburn students in refining their profiles as successful, ethical and effective campus, community, industry and world leaders. We envision Auburn students as socially conscious, ethical thought leaders who are committed and prepared to engage and contribute positively to our local and global communities. Purpose of the Position: The Executive Vice President of Administration assists with the implementation and administration of all processes and protocol related to Leadership Programs, such as overseeing Box (Auburn University’s online file database), updating AU Involve pages for each Phase Program, and taking minutes at lead team meetings. The EVP manages the process of tracking participation in all leadership programs and communicating status of completion. This position oversees a committee of about 10 people. Required Student Leader Qualifications:

Purpose of the Position: The Executive Vice President of Budget and Finance represents and advocates on behalf of all Leadership Programs’ needs throughout the various budget and finance processes. Serve as On-Site Coordinator which includes reporting to Co-Lead Facilitators, participating in faculty training/faculty meetings, setting up the Learning Community as needed by the Lead Facilitators, delegating tasks to remaining Auburn staff, serve as an on-site emergency contact for participants etc

Demonstrate autonomy and follow the OSC to-do list to ensure that all tasks are done on time and with high attention to detail, leading up to and during the Institute and Catalyst

Be available the week following the Institute and Catalyst to assist with program wrap-up and follow through

Plan and execute continued LeaderShape (Day 7) programming, to keep participants engaged.

• Lead curriculum development committee and oversee development of curriculum for all Emerge programs (this requires extensive work to be done throughout the summer)

• Supervise curriculum development committee to assist with various tasks throughout the year, including but not limited to training Day Coordinators, writing pieces of curriculum, researching curriculum concepts, preparing curriculum materials for TLs, and provide facilitation concepts to TLs.

• Prepare day coordinators and other staff as necessary of all programs (Explore, Explore Spring, Spark, Transform) to train/deliver curriculum content during their weekly exec meetings (3-4 meetings per week).

• Advocate for ethical & inclusive leadership principles across Emerge's programs

• Manage notes throughout the year for updating the curriculum in response to new leadership concepts and curriculum-specific feedback

Job Description: Executive Vice President of Events Emerge at Auburn is the umbrella organization for all student leadership programs consisting of leadership cohorts as well as a variety of initiatives, workshops and team building activities that support Auburn students in accomplishing their leadership goals. Through our quality, meaningful and multiple access point leadership development opportunities, we aim to guide Auburn students in refining their profiles as successful, ethical and effective campus, community, industry and world leaders. We envision Auburn students as socially conscious, ethical thought leaders who are committed and prepared to engage and contribute positively to our local and global communities. Purpose of the Position: The Executive Vice President of Events serves in a managing capacity for all public relations related activities within Emerge. The VP works with professional staff to determine and supervise student roles during all major Leadership Programs events including Kick-off(s), End of The Year Celebration and any new or developing programs (ie Leadership Symposium). The EVP also assists with the coordination of representation at campus recruitment and tabling events. This position also leads a committee of 10 which works to assist in all event needs. **Note: New or first-time events and programs may fall under the VP of Events. Required Student Leader Qualifications:
