Research companies before the job fair.

Develop your 30-second-long speech that conveys your professional/academic background and career interests.

Dress professionally (a suit or dress/skirt with a jacket).

Bring multiple resumes.

Greet everyone you meet with a firm handshake, a smile and firm eye contact.

Interact with more than 20 companies a day.
