EXPORT COMPLIANCE OFFICER - AEROSPACEFor Satair’s office in Atlanta we are looking for a Export Compliance Coordinator who will manage all aspects of ITAR such as regulatory compliance, license management, training and our export program.About the positionWith reference to the Export Compliance Officer / Quality Manager you will be responsible for implementation and administration of a newly developed export compliance program within a global company. This will include:

Coordination of the compliance aspects of inbound and outbound shipments related to US Customs, ITAR, EAR

Review and assignment of all HTS codes for all products Coordination of inventory Management of licences Review of suppliers Authorization of customers Intercompany ITAR and EAR audits Reporting to internal and external stakeholders All associated training

Some international travel should be expected.Professional requirementsTo fill the job, you come with 3+ years of previous experience in aerospace-related ITAR compliance. Your current or previous position might be as a manager, coordinator or officer of export compliance, preferably in a multinational company.As a person, you are able to multitask, detail-oriented, structured, highly organized, and you take pride in delivering exceptional quality in your work.
