1. Should attend & complete the 8 days training with 1 day orientation

Three (3) days Orientation & Training at Project 8, Quezon City ( to be provided with

Php100.00/day transportation allowance and free lunch).

a.) First day- Company Orientation/ BOYSEN or DAVIES product presentation

b.) Second day – theoretical (morning) then Practical (Afternoon)

c.) Third day- practical test / Q & A test

2. Those who passed the three (3) days training will continue the training at the project site for five

(5) days with Php 350.00/ day allowance provided that the applicant is able to comply the following

company requirements within one (1) week of passing the trade test.

REQUIREMENTS (passed trade test)

Any Government valid ID (Postal ID, Driver’s license, SSS ID, Philhealth ID,Pag-Ibig ID, Passport)

TIN Card/1902 (photocopy)

SSS Card / E1 (photocopy)

Pag-Ibig Card (photocopy)

Philhealth Card / MDR (photocopy)

Barangay Clearance

Applicants birth certificate (photocopy)

Marriage Contract (photocopy, if married)

Birth certificate of applicant’s children ( if any, photocopy)

Latest Medical

Long Folder (1 pc.)

3. Those who will passed the skill training will be issued a Project Employee Contract with a

minimum wage of Php 481.00 + COLA Php 10.00 and will receive the Government mandated benefits

(SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig) with a holiday pay (legal holiday), Special Holiday (No work, No pay) & SILP of

5 days (if completed 1 year of service with the company)
