Extend new market opportunities to company devices brand (MOBILE
HANDSET & company DEVICES) though Retail angle
Increase sales volume to reach company targets, market penetrating with
company new brands, and gain good relationship with customers.
Expand company devices reputation in local market though Retail angle

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the retail operation management.
2. Responsible for collecting and analyzing retail sales data, customer
requirement and competitor information and provide reports.
3. Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of retail staff,
and oversee their daily activities.
4. Design and facilitate development and implementation the retail
plans.
5. Design and implementation of the Jordan retail strategy based on the
understanding of the company strategy.
6. Plan of the annual retail operations budget. Integrate retail resources
and build up the regional platform of retail resources and suppliers.

Strong knowledge of Company product and able to maintain a
comprehensive business knowledge.
Possess keen judgment; able to grasp the development trend and sales
strategies of the market in the whole country
Able to establish customer relationship with customers of value and
multinational operators;
Previous experience; Working with a Telecom company (Terminal or
Mobile company and Operator at least)
Must be able to work and communicate well in a team environment and
has great presentation skills.
Have deep relationship of local distributors and general retailers…etc.
At least 3~5 years’ experience in the distribution handset market is a
must.
GTM planning and execution process for General Retail, covering all
retail activities
Have experience on build sell-out team and manage the performance
Have strong ability on market analysis and output guideline
Work Experience with Samsung or Nokia is preferred.
