Job opportunity in Saudi Arabia Job Title: Operations Manager – Integrated Facilities Management Duties and responsibilities
1. Plan, direct, or coordinate the Facilities Management operations of the company.
2. Oversee the entire operations of a housing establishment. Operations scope include human resources, housekeeping, security, public relations, food service, retail sales and budgeted finances
3. Managing daily operations and strategic planning of the Operations Department
4. Coordination and Supervision, manage and monitor the workings of the various personnel
5. Creating a work schedule Assign duties to workers, and schedule shifts. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
6. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
7. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance
8. Help an organization define and measure progress toward organizational goals and KPI (key performance indicator)
9. Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function

Qualifications and skills
1. Degree or Masters tertiary qualifications in a related or business discipline.
2. Demonstrated leadership ability.
3. Knowledge of government contract management and knowledge.
4. Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and/or Access
5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
7. A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
8. Ability to look at situations from several points of view
9. Fluent in English, additional languages spoken in the KSA would be an advantage
10. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
11. Excellent project, organizing, planning, change and time management capabilities
12. Have good judgments and decision making skills
13. Recruiting, training and monitoring staff
14. Planning work schedules for individuals and teams daily, weekly and monthly.
15. Addressing problems and troubleshooting. Experience:
• 8 years’ work of similar experience.
