What is JOC? How is it different?

IDIQ Contract •Indefinite delivery indefinite quantity•JOC is regulated by Washington State RCW 39.10.420 - .460•$4,000,000/year for 2 years + 1 option year•$350,000 max per delivery order

•Unit price book establishes price for projects•(Examples: RSMeans, Gordian, etc.)•Agreed line item proposal becomes a lump sum price

• Once signed up with the JOC contractor actively
