To ensure continuous improvement of plant efficiencies, quality and safety and reduction of production costs, waste, Manage and facilitate employee by counselling, coaching and mentoring programs Main Accountabilities Is responsible for manufacturing resource scheduling (material, manpower, utilities, plant capability) Is responsible for driving agreed Manufacturing strategy on the shop floor Assists the Production Plan & Evaluation in the preparation of weekly, cycle and regular production plans Plans to meet increases in capacity indicated by long term sales forecasts Implement department specific HR processes, which deliver HR strategy and business objective, eg Management of Leave/employee Self-Service/April reviews, etc Assists the HC&PC or Foods Business Teams in implementation of Innovation Programme Co-operates with the SHEQ Team in planning and implementation of safety/environmental and quality assurance programmes Co-operates with the Quality Assurance Manager in the delivery of total Quality throughout the Soaps or Foods operation Co-operates with Engineering Manager in the delivery of plant reliability in the Soap or Foods Factory Co-operates with the Man. Ex Manager in the planning and implementation of TPM/continuous improvement activities Co-operates with SUIT Manager in the delivery of product Innovation, Capability & reliability in the Soap or Foods Factory Co-operates with Supply Planning Manager in aligning Capacity vs Production Order in regular basis Co-operates with Procurement for handling commodity Material in overflow Warehouse Co-operates in the preparation of the training programmes for subordinate staff. Prepares annual work plans and appraisals of his subordinate managers and conducts appraisal interviews

Main Job Purpose:

Safety Officer Site has overall responsibility for managing Safety improvement activities to achieve excellence at the site

level, by reducing injuries as measured in the core KPI’s.

Ensure all operations related to activities in Rungkut are done and complied with the Unilever and regulatory guideline for

quality, safety and environment requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive safety risk assessment and develop/ implement appropriate control

• Lead the Safety Pillar in accordance with ManEx

• Develop a thorough understanding of the Unilever PSM Program (if applicable to the site PS risks) and support

deployment in the site and support the application of Unilever guidelines and procedures for Process Safety

assessment

• Influence senior management and drive safety leadership through line management

• Monitor site legal compliance and ensure the site meets all local/ national regulatory requirements and Unilever

standards, provide advice on national Safety legislation requirements and implement relevant procedures and policies

• Work closely with Occupational Health personnel to identify and mitigate risks which may lead to occupational ill

health

• Assist site leader to develop and lead the internal crisis committees and safety committee; support the site leader in

leading serious incident investigation and analysis

• Advise line management in all accident/ incident investigation
