PRIVATE LABEL PROGRAMPrivatize your popcorn with a custom front label and a custom back label reflecting that the

popcorn is distributed by your business (no mention of Jody’s).

One-time back label set-up fee of $25. The per bag cost is the cost of the custom bag plus $0.10.

FILE FORMAT: Adobe Illustrator file formats are preferred. Jpg, eps and pdf files are also acceptable. Please provide the highest resolution you have available to ensure the clearest design possible. If submitting full label artwork, please keep in mind our label size is 3" x 5" with a .125" bleed.

CUSTOM LABEL CREATION: If you do not have a design already created, we are always happy to create it for you! To ensure that we are able to create the perfect label for you, please provide any specifics or ideas you would like us to include (i.e. specific colors, imagery, wording, etc.)

PROOFS: All new orders, as well as existing labels that require changes, will receive a digital proof. Once approved, the artwork will be prepared and sent into production.

REVISIONS: The label set-up fee includes one design revision. Additional revisions will be charged at the hourly rate of $50/hour.

PAYMENT TERMS: Minimum order: $100. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or Net 30 with

approved credit. New accounts requesting credit terms must submit a credit sheet with order. Custom and private

label orders must be paid in advance. No COD orders. Please provide a copy of your Resale Certificate or Virginia

sales tax may be collected.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: FOB – Norfolk, VA. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.

If you would like us to use your FedEx or UPS shipper number, please provide it when placing order.

DELIVERY TIME: Allow up to 3 weeks delivery time. Foil bags have faster delivery time. Rush Service: 3-5 business

days with 10% additional charge. Call Jody’s prior to placing order.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: Jody’s will only ship chocolate drizzled flavors during warm weather using special

packaging & ice packs to insure the quality of the products at an additional cost of $5.00 per box. All shipments

with a transit time of more than one day will be shipped FedEx overnight shipping rates at the buyer's expense. If

free shipping was offered, buyer will be charged the difference between ground shipment and overnight shipment.

SAMPLES: We are thrilled to provide you with up to six FREE samples of our fabulous popcorn flavors – all we ask

is that you cover the cost of shipping. Provide us with your FedEx or UPS shipper number or a credit card to cover

the cost.

FINANCE POLICIES: Past due balances will be assessed a 1.5% finance charge per month. Returned checks

will be assessed a $35 service charge. Accounts over 90 days will be sent to collection.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & DAMAGES: All claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

All sales final. All cancellations must be in writing via fax or e-mail and received PRIOR TO THE SHIP DATE.

Custom orders cancelled after the label is designed will be charged the design

fees set forth in this catalog and a cancellation charge of $50.
