• January/March Kick-off meeting at ALA Midwinter & ACRL
• March One-hour group webinar identifying information needed to complete configuration; libraries gather needed information; and complete/submit web form
• April OCLC updates library configuration and sets up WorldCat Local trial
• April/May Library conducts acceptance testing and OCLC makes necessary changes
• June Library orders WorldCat Local & OCLC invoices library June 30 or July 31 depending on
whether FY09 or FY10 monies used
• July 1… Go live with WorldCat Local
