Dear Neighbor,The Town of Oyster Bay 2015 Music Under the Stars Concert Series will once again offer exciting free
entertainment at local parks and beaches. This year’s lineup includes something for everyone, with performances scheduled to delight residents of all ages.
This year the summer concert series will provide residents with great performances including Bret Michaels, Blood Sweat and Tears featuring Bo Bice, Big Shot, David Cassidy and our Oldies Revue. We will also host the annual “Salute to America,” honoring veterans of all wars, featuring Dean Karahalis and the Concert Pops Orchestra. The “Salute” will be capped off with Fireworks by Grucci. Most concerts are scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Bring along your chairs and blankets.
In addition to the great schedule of concerts, we are also bringing back our popular “Movies by Moonlight Series” including an old fashioned drive-in! This series features a variety of all-time favorite films with popcorn and pre-show activities while we wait for the sun to set! Pack your picnic dinner and join us for a fun-filled family evening.
Be sure to check inside this brochure for more details or check our website at www.oysterbaytown.com for these and additional upcoming events. You can also find us on both Twitter and Facebook.
On behalf of the entire Oyster Bay Town Board, I wish you a happy, healthy and fun-filled summer “under the stars.”
Sincerely,
John VendittoTown Supervisor
