Interests:I am a former elite athlete who represented Ireland in track and field, and received numerous national and international awards. I have always had an appreciation for sport: I represented my county in hurling, played golf competitively, and enjoyed participation in a multitude of recreational sports. My recent move to Scotland has allowed the development of a new interest in ice climbing and mountaineering. My degrees in Sports Science and Physiotherapy have allowed me to refine my knowledge of fitness and exercise to become skilled in injury prevention, exercise prescription, health improvement, and rehabilitation.I enjoy travelling and have developed a love for America as I have been there for extended training periods in track and hurling.
