hero that isbrave enough to lead our Cavity Patrol in fighting
cavities.
The school withthe most entries will receive a $500 cash
donation!This contest will include children ingrades K-5.
Onewinning entry will behosen from each category, K-lst grade,
2nd-3rd grade, 4th-5th grade.The overall winner from each category
will receive a 3D Nintendo DS!Also, a grand prize winner will be
