of  the  greater  impact  I  can  have  on  improving  student  achievement.    An  integral  component  of 

improving  student achievement at a  school  is encouraging  teachers  to establish positive  relationships 

with  their  students.   As  an  assistant principal within  a  school,  I will demonstrate positive  leadership
