We develop our people holistically – job skills, mental

skills and life skills.

Trainees: Trainees are taken through a modular

induction programme, layered for a manageable

learning curve, including classroom, desk-side and

online training as well as a suite of tools and materials

to help on the job. Progress checks measure whether

Trainees are on track or where support is needed.

Consultants: Training and development is available to

staff throughout their career at Nicoll Curtin.

Consultants receive support on key topics, as well as

any personal needs identified in their reviews, to drive

best practice, efficiency and productivity.

Leaders: We run a Future Leaders’ and a New Leaders’

Programme for consultants on a fast-track to

management.

Flexible Working. With success at Nicoll Curtin comes flexibility, thiscould mean a Friday afternoon off for Executive Consultants or it couldmean a change in your working pattern or where you physically conductbusiness.

Future Fund. Pay up to £25,000 into a ring fenced fund and we willmatch it up to 100% after 3 years depending on your performance level.

Share Options. Team Leaders are offered Share Options, paid out after3 years this is a great incentive to ensure we reward our leaders to drivethe business forwards.

Commission Structure:Progressive – The more you make the more you earn paying up to 40%Uncapped – There is no upper limit on what you can earn No Threshold – You earn a % on everything you make
