HOW TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP:

Please complete an online application (Available Aug 1) at www. EZChildTrack.com/BGCMD/Parent or pick up a paper application at KIPP Northeast Elementary School, KIPP Northeast Denver Middle School or at a registration event.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver (BGCMD) provides comprehensive, fully staffed afterschool programs to thousands of members each year. Most of the cost of providing these programs is funded through generosity of our donors and community partners. Although additional fees are required to ensure the quality and consistency of programs, we work to ensure that our after school programming is always the most affordable option in the region.

Fees include full-time attendance. In order to maintain consistency in programming and staffing, part-time options are not available at this time. Fees are due monthly, on or before the first day of programming. The annual registration fee will be included in the fees due prior to the first day of programming for the school year. Children with past due or unpaid account balances may not attend programming.

BGCMD may offer programming on school holidays and/or non-regular early release days. Fees for such programs will be determined on a case by case basis and communicated to member families.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCEIn addition to the subsidy provided through our donors, BGCMD offers families the opportunity to apply for financial assistance to help defray the cost of after school programs. Financial Assistance is based on verifiable need and falls into the following tiers:

2017-18 FEE SCHEDULEMonthly rates are based on a 4-week month. Fees for months with fewer or more than 4 weeks of programming are adjusted accordingly.
