Join the WCHS Interact Club in this year’s Jeans for Teens drive. Simply drop off your gently used teen-sized jeans to Ms. Fielden in Room 13 by February 20. All jeans collected will be donated to a homeless shelter in our area. What an easy way to make a difference!
Art Class News
Buy a uniquely designed t-shirt from a WCHS art student and help raise funds for art classes!
The advanced art classes are selling t-shirts that they designed, cut and printed themselves using a silk screening process. T-shirts are $10 each or only $5 if you provide the shirt, and we print the design on it. Designs are displayed in the Wolf Den and order forms are in the office, in the Wolf Den or in the art room.

Congratulations to Emma Cluff and Sarah O’Leary, winners of the SLO poster contest. The contest was open to all high school students interested in designing a poster that would represent the underlying values behind WCHS’s student learning objectives (SLOs). Although intended to result in the selection of one poster, two designs were found equal in excellence, and so both designs were sent to media for publication. Expect to see the posters displayed in your classrooms very soon. Thanks, girls, for your hard work and commitment to excellence. Your talent is appreciated !

Congratulations to Mr. Hunn who was selected Whitmore Char-ter School’s Teacher of the Year! He has been a huge asset to our school, teaching choir and various instru-mental classes for our high school as well as our K-8 site. He is always one to go beyond the call of duty, whether it is being a D.J. for a high school dance or being the tech guy at a myriad of events. We salute your dedication and your enthusiasm!
