Each stateroom is unique with its own personality and offers a real glimpse into what transatlantic travel was like during the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s.

The Queen Victoria offers a relaxed pace, stylish surroundings and more than a hint of extravagance. Signature features such as her exterior glass-fronted lifts and expansive art collection, featuring no less than 3000 works of art, create a sophisticated air. Foodies will be in their element on this ship. You’ll find Queen Victoria Rhodes, an intimate, upmarket restaurant, The Orchid Restaurant, a Select Dining venture offering Asian fusion dishes, and more. There are plenty of ways to keep active, including the spa which features a large hydrotherapy pool and thermal suite. The Palladium theatre, a lively casino, Electra night club and the Globe offers everything from comedy to live music. A voyage on Queen Victoria is an experience to be savoured and remembered.

Inger Sheil has a lifelong interest in maritime history, and has researched and written about Titanic for more than 25 years. She is the author of the critically acclaimed biography of ship’s

officer Harold Lowe, Titanic Valour (The History Press, UK 2012), and her articles have been featured in international publications both in print and electronic media. Inger, who works at the Australian National Maritime Museum, is a frequent guest on radio and TV both in Australia and overseas to talk about the people and events connected with the tragic ocean liner, has worked on Titanic-related exhibitions, and has participated in the making of several documentaries. She sailed on the 100th anniversary Titanic Memorial Cruise in 2012 visiting the site of the wreck, and was a consulting historian on an expedition to the wreck of Titanic’s sister ship, Britannic. Inger is often invited to speak on the subject of Edwardian ocean liner travel and the events of 1912, giving talks on subjects as diverse as the Belle Époque fashion worn on board to the myths and mysteries of the sinking. She enjoys engaging with audiences and speaking with them about the legend and the reality of this famous episode of seafaring history.
