REGISTRATION INFORMATION 1. All payments for classes or programs must be paid in FULL. Registration is done on a

first-come, first served basis. Spaces will not be held without a complete payment. 2. The City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation & Parks accepts the following forms of payment: • Cash (exact change), Checks, Money Orders, Visa & Mastercard. • Please make checks payable to: City of Los Angeles 3. A $35.00 collection fee will be charged for each returned check. 4. The City of Los Angeles does not provide insurance. 5. Staff reserves the right to cancel or combine classes if minimum enrollment is not met.

All classes and programs are subject to change or cancellation. 6. Players must go through a draft; requests for specific teams/coaches are not granted.

REFUND POLICY 1. Full refunds are only issued when the recreation center cancels the Activity/class/league. 2. A 20% cancellation fee is assessed for all refunds, when classes are not cancelled by the Recreation Center. 2. Once a uniform has been issued, a refund will not be granted. 4. If refunds are granted prior to the class or program, a 20% cancellation fee will be de ducted from all refunds. 5. Refunds will take approximately 6-8 weeks to process. Refunds will be sent to the ad dress given at the time of registration and will be sent via U.S. Postal Service.

FACILITY PERMIT ● Auditorium and Picnic Reservations are available for reservation by permit only.

● Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

BASEBALL DIAMOND PERMIT ● Monday-Saturday Reservations are available through Rose Hill Recreation Center’s Main Office. ● Weekdays after 6:00pm and all day Sunday, please call Municipal Sports to reserve: 818-246-5613.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Rose Hill Recreation Center is looking for committed volunteers

interested in giving back to the community, and making a difference. We are

currently looking for volunteers for: coaching youth sports, teaching youth

and senior

classes, and assisting with special events.

A free LiveScan (formerly fingerprints), and a background check are required.

Volunteers must clear LiveScan check before beginning volunteer service. If

you are interested call the recreation center for more information
